Dead Space, Fable 2, or Fallout 3? You Decide.

Well I just earned enough points from Prize Rebel to get a new game and now I can't decide what to get - Fable 2, Fallout 3, or Dead Space? I want all three games, but I only have enough for one at the moment. What would you get?
